Really enjoyed our room that was spotless. The location was great and stunning, at a short distance from Cathedrale Sainte-Cecile. The hotel itself was in a quiet area, just next door to the great cathedral on the other side of the river, and Pont Vieux and centre of Albi.

Nestled on the banks of a picturesque river, this luxurious guest house boasts magnificent views of a stunning cathedral. Perfectly located for exploring the charming old town, guests can wander across the oldest bridge in Europe before settling down to a delicious breakfast on the balcony. After a sumptuous meal at a local restaurant, guests can retire to their comfortable and chic rooms, complete with ensuite, and take advantage of the excellent amenities on offer. Truly outstanding hospitality in a beautiful location.
While the guest house is well-located and luxurious, it may not be ideal for those who prefer a more secluded setting. the social atmosphere means that guests who prefer privacy may not find it here.

I was absolutely captivated by the views from my room at Villa Caroline. Waking up to the sight of the old city and cathedral was a dream come true. The interior design and architectural details of the entire space were stunning. Mario, the host, was delightful and provided great recommendations for local restaurants. I can't wait to return!

Easter weekend at this hotel was okay. The room was clean and the location was central. We appreciated the use of the communal kitchen and the breakfast was decent.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and we struggled to get a good night's sleep. the staff was not very helpful in giving us suggestions for local restaurants or places to visit.

I recently had a charming stay at this hotel in Albi. The first thing that impressed me was its fantastic location. Situated just a stone's throw away from a local restaurant, I was able to enjoy a sumptuous meal at a fair price without having to venture too far. Moreover, this hotel is within walking distance of the old town, which can be accessed through a beautiful old bridge. The view from the hotel, especially of the cathedral, was simply breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay. The attention to detail and the tasteful decor added to the overall ambiance of the place. The service provided by the staff, particularly Mario, was exceptional. He made me feel right at home and treated me like family. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel was delicious, with a variety of pastries, fresh bread, and a range of hot beverages. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, great location, comfortable rooms with an excellent view, and outstanding service.
All aspects of this hotel were beyond satisfactory.

There was no elevator to bring our luggage up to our room, which made it a bit difficult. the parking was located off-site, but it was free and a short walk to the hotel.

The room was incredibly comfortable, with a bed that felt like sleeping on a cloud. the breakfast provided by our host was absolutely delicious, with homemade yogurt, jam, croissants, honey. Another advantage was the excellent dinner recommendation we received from our host, ensuring we had a truly memorable dining experience.
That the hotel was a bit difficult to find, and we didn't receive parking information via email. this was just a minor inconvenience and didn't impact our overall experience at all.
